Devon did indeed vote against the proposal. I understand from our BDO
Rep who attended the meeting that the PDC are only interested in the
Premier League of the BDO and that they have no interest in the lower
divisions, ladies or youth darts.

In answer to the question, as a member county of the BDO Devon have a
vote on all matters including the PDC takeover. I am unaware of how
our vote was cast but considering there were only 8 votes in favour of
continuing talks with the PDC I would be supprised if ours was one of
them.

Just a quick message to say how great it was to catch up with some old
buddies on me & my wife Renate's trip to Devon recently! Nice to
chat and have some banter again with Kev (Hollamby), Piggy, Trev
(Perry), Brian (Hodge), Colin (Greenslade) and many others! Too bad I
wasn't able to catch up on some gossip with my old friend and foe
(on the dartboard) Steedy! Maybe next time eh

Well done to all this weekend, it was a great result and something to
build on for the rest of the season. A special mention goes to Chris
Hunt who made his 100th appearance in a Devon County shirt and won to
boot. Well done Hunty.

continued from below post although i forgot where i got to so
........
would be good to support this as with £1900 on offer for saturday
alone and the camp planning 2 or 3 a year i hope it goes well for
them..hope to hear some positives from the powers to be. just to
clarify an 8 berth caravan with 3 bedrooms (so say 6 stayed in it
would cost £20 per person for 2 nights..and you get a hot tub in
some...if you dont mind using the sofa beds and want to sleep 8 then
its £15 each for 2 nites
