Our rolercoaster ride of a season continued at the weekend with a
23-13 defeat at the hands of league leaders London. Although still
pretty confident that Devon will be playing Div 2 darts again next
season i will cast the odd sneak over my shoulder between now and the
end of the season.
Well done to the B team women who were marvelous on Saturday and of
course our mens A team for showing that we country yolkles can play
darts as well as anyone.
Destiny is still in our own hands. Trev. |

To the facilitator who felt that that last message from Andy Steed was
consructive and noteworthy enough to go on our guestbook I say
thankyou.
To Andy Steed I say it would possibly sound like rubbish to someone
with a low IQ who could not understand the messages.
In terms of saying things I never attempt to talk myself up when i
know in my heart of hearts i aint really good enough, unlike some o
know.

Wishing good luck to all my team mates this coming weekend i also have
some possitive food for thought.
No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Success is a favourable outcome of something attempted.
And for those people who feel they may be struggling at the moment i
say.
Failer is not falling down............... But not getting back up
again.
SEe you all the weekend Trev. |

COMMITMENT.
After the euphoria surrounding our win over Norfolk i was brought
bcak to earth very quickly because there were some very difficult
selection decisions which had to be made. With a great performance
like that we would liked to have left the teams the same, but because
three people had lost two on the trot, no matter how unfortunately,
there were COMMITTED people patiently waiting for their chance.
Very disappointing that two of the people replaced are not travelling
to London. |
